Priced at £50 per person, the menu features heritage tomato & whipped feta, beetroot cured & smoked salmon fillet, and slow cooked shoulder of Althorp lamb served with a complimentary 125ml glass of Malbec. To finish, enjoy a tonka bean panna cotta followed by an assiette of apple featuring a caramelised apple tart, apple sorbet, vanilla panna cotta, and apple compote.
