Priced at £50 per person, the menu features lightly baked and glazed seabass fillet with caponata of vegetables and basil pesto, and pan fried single muscle rump of beef with Parisienne potatoes, mushroom purée, and thyme jus, served with a complimentary glass of Malbec. To finish, enjoy an iced strawberry parfait with shortbread and a coconut panna cotta with pineapple, coconut snow, and mango and passion fruit sorbet.
