Priced at £50 per person, the menu features pulled venison haunch, hickory smoked Althorp Estate pigeon breast, pan-fried scallops & chorizo, and a slow-cooked shoulder of lamb served with a complimentary glass of Shiraz. To finish, enjoy a refreshing coconut mousse paired with compressed pineapple, coconut snow, and a mango & passionfruit sorbet.
