Priced at £50 per person, the menu features a slow-cooked brisket & caramelised red onion bonbon, confit chicken & chorizo terrine, beetroot cured & smoked salmon, and a pan-fried pork loin served with a complimentary glass of Chardonnay. To finish, enjoy a delightful strawberry mousse accompanied by vanilla panna cotta, shortbread crumb, and strawberry gel.
