Priced at £50 per person, the menu features a quail egg Scotch egg, an Althorp lamb fillet & vegetable terrine, and a pan-fried fillet of salmon served with a complimentary glass of Chardonnay. To finish, enjoy a refreshing mango & passionfruit mousse accompanied by pineapple carpaccio and coconut sorbet.
